IM Roofing & Aluminum Contractor ("we," "us," or "our") is a roofing contractor serving Toronto and the GTA. We collect only the contact details we need to answer your questions, give you a free quote, and schedule your roofing work. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in keeping with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you contact us through our website forms, chat, or text messages, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Your city or neighbourhood, so we can confirm we serve your area
• Details about your roofing project or problem

We do not ask for payment details through this website. Any payment information is handled separately, at the time of work.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to:

• Reply to your questions and quote requests
• Schedule appointments and roofing work
• Send brief follow-ups about your project

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Text messages

We may send text messages to follow up on your request or confirm an appointment. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Message rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you can ask us to:

• See the contact details we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your details from our records
• Stop receiving marketing or follow-up messages
